Why it is free
Relistr stores your listings on your own computer by default, so there is no per-user storage cost to pass on. Optional cloud sync is the only server-side feature, and it is small enough to run without charging for it.
Install
Relistr is on the Chrome Web Store. Install it, open your Facebook Marketplace Selling page, and the panel appears.
