# Frequently asked questions Common questions about Relistr, the free Chrome extension for relisting Facebook Marketplace listings. Yes. All current features are free, there is no relist limit, and no account is required. Relistr has no paid tier today. See [pricing](/pricing). ## Do I need an account to use Relistr? No. Guest mode is the full experience, with every feature unlocked. Signing in with Google is optional and only adds syncing your backlog and settings across your own devices. ## Does Relistr need my Facebook password? No. Relistr never asks for, sees, or stores your Facebook password. It works through the browser session you are already signed in to, and it runs only on Facebook. ## Will relisting get my account flagged? Relisting is normal seller behaviour. The risky pattern is a near-identical listing going up while the original is still live, or deleting and reposting the same item within seconds repeatedly. Relistr's "delete now, relist later" flow exists to separate those two steps in time. ## Does Relistr keep my shipping settings? Yes. Local pickup, a set shipping price, or free shipping are carried over exactly as you configured them. It is the field most easily lost when relisting by hand, and the one worth checking first on any relist, however you do it. ## What happens to my listing's saves and messages? They do not carry over. Relisting deletes the original and creates a new listing, so the new one starts fresh with no age, no saves, and no existing buyer conversations. This is true of any delete-and-relist approach, including doing it by hand. ## Can I relist more than one listing at a time? Yes. Select multiple listings and Relistr processes them with clear per-item progress. You can also use "Select old" to pick everything past a certain age in one click. ## Where are my listings and photos stored? On your own computer by default. Your listings, photos, backlog, and settings are kept in local browser storage and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to sign in and sync. Full detail is in the [privacy policy](/privacy). ## Can Relistr lower the price when it relists? Yes. Price drop on relist reduces the price by a percentage or a fixed amount each time you refresh a listing, which is often what actually moves a stale item. ## What happens to videos on my listings? Videos are saved to your backlog along with photos. Videos over 50MB, or that fail to download, are skipped with a warning rather than silently dropped. ## What if Facebook rejects the new listing? Relistr stops immediately so nothing else is touched. Your listing's content is saved to your device and that save is verified before anything is deleted. ## Does Relistr work on other marketplaces? No. Relistr runs only on Facebook Marketplace and reads nothing outside it. ## Does Relistr collect analytics? Product usage analytics are on by default and can be switched off in Relistr's settings. Usage events contain no listing titles, descriptions, prices, or photos, and no Facebook identifier.
